Return Policy

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges for up to 10 working days after items are received/delivered. All returns must be sent prepaid.

 

Sale Items cannot be returned and are final sale.

Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition complete with original packaging. Please include your packing list with completed return form. In the case of a return, you will be given a credit on your Jaz and Jogia account in full, minus the cost of initial shipping. Please allow 5-10 days after receipt of merchandise for us to process your credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact info@JazandJogia.com for a prepaid return label.¬†Damaged goods due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for credit. Please inspect your items upon arrival as claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.

 

LOST PACKAGES

In the event your package gets lost in transit, we will make every effort we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery address that is safe and secure.
